Brian Ritchie, Founder, and CEO of kama.ai commented that Israel is a key market for most any technology company. “Israel has had a long history of tech startups and great companies, including Amdocs, Waze, and Mobileye to name just a few. This is a key market for us and we are very pleased to add it to Canada, the USA, and China as the 4th jurisdiction of our value-based emotional intelligence platform”.

kama.ai’s Designed Emotional Intelligence® platform, kama DEI, is a natural language conversational intelligence that lets brands educate and support their customers with personalized service guided by consumer values like “performance”, “style” and “safety”. Consumer users can access kama DEI through any medium including chatbots, Facebook Messenger, Amazon Alexa, or mobile phone apps. The result is anytime access to the automated, personalized product, and service information while live agents focus on higher-value conversations. kama DEI can be used as a stand-alone service or it can be used to augment the emotional intelligence of 3rd party AI platforms or chatbots using KaaS 3PB.
