Last week, kama.ai CEO Brian Ritchie spoke about how sustainable, responsible AI can be used to support international development projects. Organized by the International Development Research Centre (IDRC) and Cooperation Canada, this panel included Mathew Smith and Gillian Downie from IDRC and Micheline Ayoub from Sustainability in the Digital Age, a think tank operating out of Concordia University.
When developing projects on an international scale, it is imperative to leverage culturally competent technology. Brian discussed how kama.ai’s general-purpose conversational intelligence is based on a patented knowledge graph design and guided by human values, positioning kama DEI in a special class of technologies known as Emotion AI.
